DELIVERY TERMS
Orders with free shipping are generally in transit for 7–14 days, but this can vary greatly depending on location, courier, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control.
NewEraFit is not responsible for delays due to flight problems, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In some countries, you may be required to personally pick up purchased items from local authorities.
Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment.
Preorder items are shipped within 25–30 days after placing the order.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during business hours, excluding national holidays. Shipment delays are kept to a minimum during holidays.
Change of Delivery Address
Delivery address changes can be made before the order has been dispatched.
Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for this destination.
Items Out of Stock

CANCELLATION

LOST PACKAGE
NewEraFit uses third-party logistics and is not responsible for lost or stolen goods after shipment.
Claims for lost or stolen items are not honored once the shipment is marked as "delivered."
